As much as counselling had its merits, talking it through didn’t exactly stick - nothing felt like it was resolved by the end of the session. I wasn’t expecting E.F.T to have worked so effectively considering how long I had been dealing with rumination, spiralling, deep feelings of loneliness, abandonment and inability to exist in the moment.
In just four sessions, I resolved emotional burdens, past memories no longer have an impact and my mind is calmer. I’m more positive and hopeful for the future and feel as if I’m now moving forward in life once again after being at such a stand still.

Hi, I’m Ronan …
I’m a three times certified E.F.T Therapy practitioner. After discovering E.F.T and using it to conquer a 12 year battle with poor mental health, relationship problems and patterns that were destroying my life, I became certified to help other people create dramatic shifts in their life such as:
breaking lifelong patterns (highly self aware people this is for you!)
healing relationships (same person different face?)
overcoming anxiety, depression and insomnia (the way talk therapy was supposed to)
Including - weight loss, insomnia, addictions, habits, limiting beliefs, financial problems and physical pain
