My Story
Let me take you back to the start …
I grew up in New Zealand and as much as I am grateful and privileged to be from here, my start to life was far from it. I grew up with a broken family environment, poor and a troubled kid. I knew from my early days that I desired more out of life. I dreamed of making impact, helping people and leaving a legacy that would continue for the years after I pass. As a child, I questioned and challenged life. Why is our family like this when other’s aren’t? Why don’t we make more money? Which resulted in no positive outcomes I’m sure you can imagine
As much as I grew up with the messaging that “this is just how life is, life’s not fair and there’s no space for dreams. You work hard, struggle and then die,” a part of me knew it was wrong. I knew in my soul that there was more for me out there and I could accomplish great things like the people I saw on TV. Fame, money, success, happiness, impact. I couldn’t accept this messaging when I was seeing people all around me getting what they wanted out of life
Despite this, I spent the first 20 years of my life facing addictions, depression, eating disorders, shame, anxiety and abusive relationships that all lead me wondering what the purpose of all of this was.
Whilst going through court for a previous abusive relationship at the age of 18, I met a Personal Trainer who transformed my relationship with my body, helped me lose the fat I’d carried from comfort eating my whole life and set me on a path to being a healthier and happier person. I owe everything I’ve done today, to her.
Not long after, my soul was lit up and inspired to create transformations for other people
How Coaching Became My Life’s Work
By the age of 20, I had manifested my biggest dream yet. A six figure income, working part time. I had built a successful Personal Training business transforming the lives of hundreds of people and had the best years of my life to that date. I was fulfilled, inspired and woke up everyday with a thrill, throwing the covers off.
Pouring into people, being a friend, resolving problems filled my soul up and I had no idea this was what I was destined to do until I tried it.
Because growth is such a driven value of mine, by the time I had accomplished this success, my soul was calling me to the next chapter of my life. It was asking for expansion and as much as I was grateful and comfortable with what I had created, I knew I couldn’t let the fear of the unknown hold me back.
I wanted to scale and make bigger impact on more lives
So many clients were held back by psychological barriers that were impacting their health and fitness but also every other area of their life. As a coach just working with health and fitness, I was sad to feel restricted in my ability to help and serve my clienteles’ success
So I packed it all up, moved cities and started all over again in my quest for something bigger - an online business so I could travel the world impacting thousands of lives
Spiritual Awakening and Healing Journey
As much as my intentions for this change were pure, life took me in a completely unexpected direction. The loss of material success at such a young age took me to a dark place and everything I had been suppressing all my life through discipline, positive thinking (which I learned to be spiritual bypassing) and performance erupted out of me and I entered the start of a three year spiritual awakening
Through this time, I was also studying psychology, the subconscious mind, nervous system, trauma and had become a spiritual seeker, learning the ins and outs of manifestation
I healed my inner child, rewired my limiting beliefs, reset my nervous system, overcame addictions, let go of shame, created an authentic life, beat anxiety, depression and self doubt all whilst became a secure, confident person
As I entered this time of my life, I remembered a childhood dream of mine to become a famous influencer and content creator. At 15 I had started a YouTube channel with these hopes but after two years of hard work, I lost it all due to a hacker.
I set my efforts and intentions on manifesting this dream through everything I had learned.

9 months later, I moved across the world, deleted all my social media and changed my name, resulting in becoming an overnight success
I’d always dreamed of being famous with the purpose of helping people and changing lives. I always believed that fame was a tool that could serve humanity and influence millions to make better decisions
My first video I posted on tiktok got 200 views, the second got 10,000 and the third got 100,000. Every video after was achieving 100,000 - 1 million views. I found a content strategy that worked and developed it until six months later I had an engaged community that was checking my page everyday, thousands of dollars of PR Packages, recognised in public most days and even a news interview on global news
But something happened at this point. I started to question what I was doing, is this it? What’s the purpose of all this stuff? Why am I doing this? Is this what I had really wanted my entire life?
My sole purpose of helping people through visibility had become so washed away in views, likes and material aspects that I was left with an emptiness my soul couldn’t ignore anymore. This wasn’t me.
So I posted a goodbye video, closed down my accounts, moved back to New Zealand and let it go with the faith in a future that was more aligned with a deeper purpose, impact and service
Currently, an online coach and business owner
Now, I help people beat their mental health battles, build strong bodies and manifest a life they truly desire whilst working remotely from anywhere in the world thanks to my online business
I integrate physical, mental and spiritual health to provide a holistic coaching approach so that your body, mind and soul are all operating at their highest level
My purpose and mission is to not only heal the lineage in my family but to also intercept the generational trauma of people all around the world so after I’m gone, I left seeds in what I hope to become millions of lives, that will ripple to millions and beyond in the coming generations
As much as I don’t believe this will be the story of the rest of my life, I am pleased to know that coaching always will be and as my journey develops, I will continue to serve humanity and create transformations, that can heal bloodlines and shape future generations
