  • In a 2017 study, 63% of individuals with complex PTSD were symptom-free in 10 or fewer sessions of EFT tapping

FAQs

  • No, you don’t have to share anything that feels too personal or overwhelming. E.F.T allows you to process trauma without sharing explicitly

  • Yes, in fact I highly encourage it to speed up your results. You will learn how to perform it on your own, so you can use it whenever

  • Sessions are one hour.

    Past clients typically see results during one session alone but due to the nature of the brain, most find six to twelve create real change

  • You will first join me on a video call, where we spend 10 - 15 minutes talking before we engage in the tapping process

  • Once an emotion, memory or event has been successfully processed and an issue has been successfully treated - most clients don’t need to return and find permanent change

  • Skepticism is a good thing, it means you’re cautious when considering alternative routes

    Most clients come to me with skepticism because it appears so simple. Within the first 10 - 20 minutes, everyone I’ve worked with has already experienced a form of relief, shift or change

  • I would never suggest stopping an active psychological treatment plan, however E.F.T can be used as a standalone therapy modality or complimentary to a current one.
